Our current top priority is to assist the US Army Caisson Sections at Fort Sam Houston and the 3rd Infantry Regiment “The Old Guard” at Fort Myer with replacement horses and specialized equipment. These are the only two active-duty caisson units in the US Army that render honors for our fallen service members at Fort Sam Houston and Arlington National Cemeteries. With the help of generous donors, the Uniformed VMA has purchased a number of horses but still needs your assistance in raising funds for additional replacement horses and equipment.
